As Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of AMIDS, Joshua Hoose provides strategic vision and leadership, guiding the company’s growth and commitment to excellence in cybersecurity, IT consulting, and risk management.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Joshua brings over a decade of combined experience in information security, logistics, and supply chain operations. His professional career includes serving as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for the Department of Defense and the U.S. Army, where he oversaw compliance with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and managed large-scale cybersecurity and inspection programs across multiple installations.
Joshua’s expertise extends beyond cybersecurity into logistics coordination, operational management, and process optimization — skills honed through years of service ensuring mission readiness and efficiency in defense operations.
He holds a Master of Engineering in Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance from George Washington University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, and an Associate Degree in Information Technology and Networking from DeVry University.
Joshua is CompTIA Security+ certified and is recognized for his strategic thinking, operational precision, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
At AMIDS, he drives initiatives focused on cybersecurity consulting, IT modernization, supply chain risk management, and long-term technology development — all aimed at building secure, scalable solutions for the future.

As Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of AMIDS, Michael Parham oversees daily operations, project execution, and service delivery across all business units.
A U.S. Army veteran with a Secret security clearance, Michael has extensive experience in cybersecurity, network operations, logistics, and supply chain management. He has served as a Cyber IT Specialist and Alternate Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for the U.S. Army Regional Network Enterprise Center, supporting Forts Belvoir, Meade, Detrick, and other installations. In this role, he led compliance efforts for over 25,000 endpoints and helped maintain the security posture of critical military infrastructure.
Michael also brings a strong logistics and communications background from his service in the Maryland Army National Guard, where he managed COMSEC, Information Assurance, and network support operations across multiple international sites. His hands-on experience in supply chain coordination, asset management, and field operations gives AMIDS a unique advantage in providing end-to-end operational solutions.
He holds a CompTIA Security+ certification and has deep technical expertise in Windows Server, ACAS, Trellix ePO, Forescout, Active Directory, and network configuration.
